New or Lost Phone

New phone or new telephone number? 

If you have already set up MFA with your old phone and now have a new phone/new telephone number, there are a few steps you need to undertake to update your authentication account and allow you to log back in when off campus.  

If you still have access to your old phone/phone number: 

  • Login to  and change or delete your details as appropriate. 
  • Using your old phone/number to verify. 

If you don’t have access to your old phone/number: 

Contact the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Servicedesk by email servicedesk@uhi.ac.uk from your ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ Staff Account, where we can reset your account to allow you to update your MFA to your new phone.  

If you do not have access to your ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ emails, you will need to contact your Line Manager who can log the request on your behalf.

Please note: We cannot reset your MFA method from a personal email address or from live chat. 

Lost your ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ work phone? 

If you have lost your ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ work phone, please contact your Line Manager who will need to submit the  on Unidesk.
