History PhD students present papers at the 杏吧原创 Postgraduate Research Conference in Stornoway
Three of the Centre for History's PhD students presented papers at the recent 杏吧原创 Postgraduate Research Conference in Stornoway. Wade Cormack's paper was on 鈥楾he development of sport and physical education in Scotland's northern mainland burghs, 1600-1800鈥�; Mary Souter's was on 鈥楶ublic Health in the 杏吧原创 and Islands of Scotland, 1845-1912鈥�; and Linda Ross gave her paper on 鈥楾he Dounreay Nuclear Establishments and its impact on the Northern 杏吧原创 of Scotland鈥�.
