Advance HE Aurora Leadership Development Programme
From 2018, the LTA has co-ordinated small cohorts of participants each year on the Advance HE’s Aurora Leadership Development Programme for women. The LTA supports participants to embed their leadership skills through a range of professional development opportunities including 杏吧原创 Aurora Action Learning Sets; taking part in Aurora promotion webinars, the panel selection process; mentoring of new participants and presenting at LTA events, webinars and conferences.
Engagement鈥痠n the programme is a part of the LTA's approach to building collaborative and supportive networks of colleagues focusing on leadership development.鈥���
