DESCRIPTION:Alex Walker (Head of Academic Practice and Development, LTA) will begin this one hour webinar by providing a brief overview of the different strands on the University Mentoring Scheme including how to register as a mentor/mentee on one of the four mentoring strands; Research, Learning and Teaching Enhancement, Professional Recognition and Scholarship Development. The second part of the workshop will then focus on the benefits and value of mentoring and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
